Question: How do I know how many minutes I have?

Answer:

At the Home page in the center of the page you will see Account Tools under that you will seeMy Minutes click there.
With more that one user:
Under Manager you will find Accounts and Sub Manage under the sub manage tab click on View Minutes. You can view minutes for each user in the list by just clicking View.



Question: How do I set up minutes for my staff to use?

Answer:

Use the Manager tab then Create Account once the account is created uses the third tab down under Manager and Accounts click on Transfer Minutes.
In the Transfer to User use the drop down arrow and choose the user then under Minutes to Transfer put the amount of minutes you want, make sure it does not accede the amount you have in your account which is displayed to the left.



Question: How do I change my password?

Answer:

It is under Admin, My tools, Change Password.



Question: What do I do to change my information?

Answer:

Edit Account Information is on the Home page under Account Tools.



Question: What is Archive for?

Answer:

When you want to remove someone who you are no longer giving minutes to you just click the Archive button.You can always un-archived them by using the Working View category at the top, just check archive and click Change.When you are done be sure to change back to Live.



Question: While doing a blast, how do I stop a blast?

Answer:

From the Home page go to Edit Campaign, it simply, change the end time to a earlier time of day that has already passed or change the date to a pasted date.
